Mr. John Giordano is a partner with Archer, P.C., a law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Giordano's practice focuses on government law and regulatory affairs, with an emphasis on energy and environment. Prior to joining Archer, Mr. Giordano served as deputy general counsel on the presidential transition committee of President Donald J. Trump. During this time, he also served as one of only ten people on the US Department of Energy landing team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Giordano was a federal prosecutor, and a senior official with the US Department of Energy and the US Department of Justice's environment and natural resources division. Mr. Giordano is a lecturer in law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a faculty advisor at The Wharton School’s Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership.
